hi mell. i love reading your blog and i just wanted to give my two cents.
if you're going vintage, i'm suggesting you put your hair in an updo style a la Audrey Hepburn and wear a long fitted black dress. keep the accessories at a minimum (a choker and a bangle would be enough i think).
i don't think long hair suits you that well because it makes you look short(er). hehe dun worry, we are the same height :)
